Early curiosity turned into agency

As a beginning freshman student, the idea of carving my own path and making a tangible difference quickly became more than a curiosity—it became a mandate. My drive for problem‑solving, paired with an early focus on artificial intelligence and automation, pushed me beyond “just writing code” into building systems that turn creative ideas into reality.

MyProgrammatic and the craft of building systems

That early spark matured into MyProgrammatic.com, my AI consulting agency. I treat every client challenge as a design problem: how to turn messy data into predictive insight. Projects like my Time Series Optimization Engine and Cultural & Language Tutor Chatbot are the result of combining algorithmic thinking with user empathy.

Work like this taught me that AI development is fundamentally creative: you imagine new possibilities and iterate until the implementation matches the vision.

Global perspective, foundations, and community

My perspective was profoundly shaped by joining Pepperdine University’s program at the Château d'Hauteville.

I focused on AI business applications alongside doctorate candidates and uniquely had the privilege of studying alongside my father as he completed his Executive DBA. Witnessing his dissertation work—"AI to BI: Using Generative AI to Translate Academic Intelligence into Business Insights"—gave me a front-row seat to high-level research and reinforced my conviction that AI is best utilized when it solves complex business problems.

Back at UC Merced, I ground this perspective in rigorous coursework and community leadership. Through ACM and the Machine Learning Club, I focus on making advanced CS accessible, prioritizing environments where questions are expected—not judged.

Bootstrapped and ran a profitable mobile detailing business to ~$10k/month in revenue while owning the entire digital stack— booking, customer messaging, and marketing site.
